Dear Residents,
Not long ago we have received several complaints involving pet incidents. It included residents not cleaning up after their dogs in the dog parks as well as pets not wearing their leashes in the south tower, north tower and common areas. We kindly ask you to pick up after your pet and keep your dog on a leash.
Please be advised that as per the rules and regulations of the Master Association (Page No. 2 Article #11), it is imperative that dogs or other pets are on a leash or closed carrier at all times. Dogs or other pets are not allowed in any of the club facilities (with the exception of those assisting persons with disabilities). Additionally, all dogs must be registered and complete a harmless DNA test with the management office.
Do not hesitate to use the enclosed Master Association Club Rules for your review. Please be mindful of small children, other residents and other pets in your community.
