Dear Residents, The Hurricane Center has issued a Hurricane watch for Broward county and Golden Beach. As for now, Upper, Middle Florida Keys and Miami-Dade are still under tropical storm watch. The storms center is about 65 miles east-southeast of Guantanamo, Cuba, and 30 miles south-southwest of the eastern tip of Cuba. It was moving north near 10 mph. The storm is packing sustained winds of 140 mph. This means residents of the Upper and Middle Keys, as well as residents in both Miami-Dade and Broward Counties, can expect tropical storm force wind conditions anywhere within these areas over the next 48 hours. … Continued

Dear Residents,   Please be advised the North Tower Pool will be closed temporarily. Weather permitting, the pool renovation will take approximately 3 weeks. The work includes draining, resurfacing and re-tile of the pool and Jacuzzi. The South Tower pool will be open for all residents in the interim.
